Based in the attractive village of Hintlesham, near Ipswich, we are a dynamic forward-thinking firm, operating throughout much of East Anglia.  We advise on an extremely large range of land and property related matters including valuations,  planning and development issues, compensation claims, farming and tenancy agreements, succession planning, BPS and grant schemes. We are also one of the main AMC agents for the region.

We are looking for a 1 – 5 year post qualified rural surveyor to join our expanding and experienced  team. You will be a highly motivated and organised individual who will be given full responsibility for a good number of clients, with plenty of scope for career progression and development. As well as dealing with client work you will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and strategic direction of the business, with partnership opportunities being available for the right person. The successful candidate will be both FAAV and MRICS qualified and must be confident and competent to give advice on a wide range of professional matters.

You will be personable, professional and approachable. You must have excellent attention to detail, be a good communicator and be a good team player. A competitive remuneration package is offered, commensurate with experience.  Driving licence, car owner and excellent IT skills are essential.
