Complaints Procedure
At Brooks Leney we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, sometimes things do go wrong or not as expected.
We hope that most matters can be resolved by discussing your concerns with the partner or manager in charge of your work. However, should this not resolve matters to your satisfaction we operate a formal complaints procedure which is available on request.
